As a small US based business that does not fall under the appointment requirement of Article 37 GDPR, we have not appointed a statutory data protection officer. For any data protection matters, please reach out to us directly at [email protected].
We only process personal data where it is necessary to provide our services or where you have given us your consent. The legal bases for processing are:
When you access our website, our hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files. This includes the IP address (anonymized), the date and time of access, the page or file requested, the referrer URL, the browser and operating system used and the amount of data transferred.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests). This data is deleted after 30 days at the latest.
When you request the free PDF download (the Decision Wheel) or subscribe to our newsletter, we process your first name, last name and email address. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via double opt-in). Service provider: GoHighLevel, Inc. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time through the unsubscribe link or by emailing [email protected].
When you book a call through our calendar (GoHighLevel), we process your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred date and time and any voluntary details you add in the comment field. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Once we sell digital products (books, courses, work materials), we additionally collect your billing address, payment details and order history. Payments are processed through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. VC United LLC does not receive or store full credit card details.
These cookies are required to operate the website and cannot be switched off (GoHighLevel session cookies, cookie consent settings).
We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager). Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland. Data transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). IP anonymization is enabled. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent via the cookie banner).
We use the Meta Pixel. Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent via the cookie banner).
On your first visit a cookie banner appears where you can give or decline your consent. Google Analytics, Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel only load after you actively consent.
Some services transfer personal data to the USA (GoHighLevel, Google, Meta). The transfer takes place on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) under Article 46(2)(c) GDPR and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. The transfer between your browser and our servers is encrypted (SSL/TLS).

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and products provided by VC United LLC to business customers (B2B) and consumers (B2C).
(1) These Terms apply to all contracts between VC United LLC (the "Provider") and the customer regarding the provision of consulting, mentoring and analysis services and the sale of digital products.
(2) Any conflicting terms from the customer are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to them in writing.
(3) A consumer within the meaning of these Terms is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB).
(1) The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer.
(2) By booking a call, submitting a contact form or purchasing a digital product, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is formed when the Provider expressly accepts it.
(3) The contract languages are German and English.
(1) The content and scope of each service follow from the individual offer or the service description on the website.
(2) The Provider delivers its services with due care and to the best of its knowledge. These are expressly not contracts for a specific work product. No particular outcome is owed.
(3) Consulting and mentoring sessions take place by video call or in person, unless agreed otherwise.
(1) Once payment is made, the customer receives access to the digital product.
(2) By purchasing a digital product, the customer acquires a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal, non-commercial purposes.
(1) The prices stated at the time of booking or purchase apply, in Euros (EUR) or US Dollars (USD).
(2) All prices are exclusive of any statutory value added tax. For B2B customers within the EU, the reverse charge procedure applies.
(3) Payment is made in advance by credit or debit card through Stripe, or by bank transfer.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is formed. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at [email protected].
The right of withdrawal expires for digital content once the Provider has begun performance and the consumer has expressly agreed to this.
If you wish to withdraw, send us a clear statement at [email protected] with your name, your address, the date of booking or purchase and the service or product concerned.
For business customers (B2B), there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Cancellations or changes are only possible by written agreement.
(1) The Provider is liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health.
(2) Otherwise, the Provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
(3) In any case, liability is limited to the amount the customer paid for the respective service.
Both parties undertake to treat all confidential information obtained during the collaboration as confidential. This obligation continues after the contractual relationship ends.
(1) The law of the US state of Wyoming (USA) applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) For consumers resident in the EU, mandatory protective provisions of EU consumer law remain unaffected.
(3) The place of jurisdiction for B2B disputes is Sheridan, Wyoming, USA.
(1) Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
(2) Changes and additions to these Terms must be made in writing.
(3) The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms with 30 days' notice.
