VC United grew out of a simple realization. Most people follow a path that others mapped out for them. The career ladder, the standard models, expectations from the outside.
Verena and Christoph did it differently. They built their own structures. Personal, entrepreneurial, financial and geographic. VC United was born out of that experience.

Verena is an entrepreneur to the core. Her motto is "It's all about people." That principle has guided her from the very start of her career, whether as a long-serving managing director inside the largest agency group in Europe or in the successful companies she runs today. Her strengths lie in connecting and leading people and organizations. She combines a sharp intuition with strategic thinking and a deep understanding of people.
VC United is her passion project, the place where she finds her own fulfillment. As a business mentor and personal development coach, she guides entrepreneurs and leaders to find clarity and get things done. Through her rare combination of face reading and real life and career experience, she spots patterns, potential and blocks that others miss.
